Dictate encounters as usual, using a digital recorder or our toll free dial in. ASP.MD's proprietary software will securely transfer files from the recorder to our servers. ASP.MD's experienced transcriptionists transcribe the files, and your transcription is electronically returned the following AM. Files recorded before 8PM will be back before 9AM the next morning.

AMOS users can have transcription returned directly in to the system, and ASP.MD can also return completed transcription directly in to other EMRs as well.
